The plaintiff below instituted her action against Fred Weber to recover a judgment for damages in the sum of $5,000 alleged to have been caused to her for the following reasons: That on the 27th day of January, 1916, she and her husband and their children resided at Olceene, Okla., and that her husband at that time was engaged at work in a mill at night, and that she and her four children. the oldest of whom was nor over eight years of age, remained alone, and that on said date shortly after dark the defendant, Fred Weber, came to her home during the absence of her…
