Mrs. Bessie H. McDonald, of Borne, Floyd County, died in 1925, leaving a paper purporting to be her last will and testament. Bessie Brown Lindsey and Frances Brown Whaley offered this document for probate in solemn form in the court of ordinary of Floyd County. A caveat was filed; and the ordinary made an order probating the document as the last will and testament of Mrs. McDonald. An appeal was taken to- the superior court by Armstead B.
