This dispute concerns interpretation of an express utility easement granted in 1929 to Houston Lighting & Power Company (HL & P), the predecessor-in-interest of appellant, CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric LLC (CenterPoint). Appellees, Bluebonnet Drive, Ltd. (Bluebonnet) and Petro-Guard Co., Inc. (Petro-Guard) are the current owners of the servient estate on which the easement is located.
