“The grand jury of Jonesboro District, Craighead County, in the name and by the authority of the State of Arkansas, accuse H. D. Murry of the crime of removing mortgaged property committed as follows, to-wit: The said * * * in the county, district and State aforesaid, on the 24th day of January, A. D. 1921, did unlawfully, knowingly and feloniously remove from the limits of the State of Arkansas one bale of cotton of the value of sixty dollars, upon which cotton one L. D.
