This is an appeal from the court’s January 9, 2001 order dismissing exceptions of defendant/appellant Edward C. McCall III (Father) and cross-exceptions of plaintiff/appellee Cynthia A. Cunningham (Mother) to a hearing officer’s recommendation modifying support for the parties’ minor child. Mother has not cross-appealed.

PROCEDURAL HISTORY
