James Nabors was found guilty by a jury of two counts charging rape, four counts charging burglary, and one count charging assault. It is undisputed that during a 5-week period, several women were assaulted and raped in their Seattle homes. Within an hour of the last incident. Nabors was arrested. Each of the victims identified Nabors as her assailant.
