In this interlocutory appeal, defendants Dow Chemical Company, Dowelanco n/k/a Dow Agrosciences LLC, Eli Lilly & Company, Rofan Services, Inc., and Epco, Inc. (herein collectively referred to as Dow); Louisville Chemical Company, Inc. (LCC)]; and Affordable Pest Control, Inc.
