Plaintiff, John A. Gazarkiewicz, initiated this action against Defendants, the town of Kingsford Heights, the town council, Ralph Harmon, and five town council members, on February 27, 2002, alleging that Defendants terminated his employment in violation the First and Fourteenth Amendments. Both Plaintiff and Defendants moved for summary judgment [Doc. No. 44] on April 14, 2003.
