*413 Defendant Michael Antonio Bullock was indicted for trafficking in heroin by possession, trafficking in heroin by transportation, and possession with the intent to sell or deliver a Schedule I controlled substance (heroin). Following the denial of defendant's motion to suppress evidence obtained by law enforcement as a result of a search of his vehicle following a traffic stop, defendant pled guilty to the charged offenses.
