MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
THEIS, Senior District Judge.
This matter is before the court on the motion of garnishee, Social Security Administration, to quash and deny plaintiffs motion for judgment against garnishee. Doc. 6. Also pending before the court are two matters filed in state district court prior to removal to federal court: plaintiffs motion for judgment against garnishee and the state court’s order to the garnishee to appear and show cause why the garnishee should not be found in contempt.
