This case comes before the court on the motion of the plaintiff, Farm & City Ins. Co., to remand the case to state court. (Dk.4).
Facts
In the state court case, plaintiff received a default judgment against defendant Sheri P. Johnson in the amount of $1,725.45. Plaintiff thereafter sought to garnish the wages of the defendant Sheri P.
