Michael Leimbach, Lee Waddell, Louis Leimbach, Louis Buehler, W. H. Yauch and Herman Litterly, in the name of the People of the State of Illinois, filed their petition for mandamus in the circuit court of Logan county against E. H. Lukenbill, county superintendent of schools of that county.
