On the same day and date that he allegedly violated three sections of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of this State, all of which are misdemeanors, defendant, an infant, was summonsed to Court of Special Sessions (Hon. Morgan E. *757Bloodgood), Town of Malta in Saratoga County, N.
