STEINBERG, Judge:

Veteran Denver Sizemore (the appellant), through counsel, seeks review of a June 6, 2002, Board of Veterans’ Appeals (BVA or Board) decision that denied his claim for Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) service connection for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Record (R.) at 1-12. The appellant and the Secretary each filed a brief, and the appellant filed a reply brief. This appeal is timely, and the Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 38 U.S.C. §§ 7252(a) and 7266(a).
