This adversary proceeding came before the court on March 31, 2008, for the trial of the issues related to whether the claimants in this proceeding who are asserting statutory liens pursuant to Chapter 44A of the General Statutes of North Carolina have a perfected lien against any of the proceeds realized from the assets sold by the Debtor, Laurel Hill Paper Company, in May of 2007.
