This matter is before the court on an appeal under the Administrative Agency Law of June 4, 1945, P. L. 1388, 71 PS §1710.1, from the adjudication and order of the State Employes’ Retirement Board. Appellant, the son of William M. Hargest, late president judge of this court, presented his claim for death benefits as beneficiary under policy no. 19399 issued to Judge Hargest as a member of the State Employes’ Retirement Association.
