The Fraternal Order of Police, Conference of Liquor Control Board Lodges (Petitioner) has brought this Petition for Review from a decision of the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board (PLRB) dismissing a Petition for Investigation and Certification of Representatives (Certification Petition).
