Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Hester, Jr., J.), entered August 10, 2005 in Broome County, which, inter alia, granted defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
Plaintiff entered into a land contract agreement to purchase the commercial property where he operated his business as an auto mechanic.
