Defendant Appellant Frederick McKnight is a twenty-eight-year-old drug dealer who pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute cocaine and cocaine base, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. For sentencing purposes, McKnight had sustained no prior sentence of imprisonment, and he received zero criminal history points which placed him in a criminal history category of I.
