*3575. cÓurt?non of *356The denial of the affirmative relief asked by the Missouri Pacific Railway Company in its cross-petition will be considered first. There was much testimony presented by that company to show that a grade crossing at the point decided upon would cause great inconvenience and loss to it and the Union Pacific Railway Company, would necessarily endanger human life, and greatly interfere with the public business.
