Appeal from an order of the district court confirming a special assessment.

The matter has been here before. 164 Minn. 226, 204 N. W. 934, 205 N. W. 640. The contemplated improvement takes a strip of appellant’s land 40 feet wide and 1,661 feet long abutting upon Twenty-eighth street in Minneapolis, for the purpose of widening Twenty-eighth street to 80 feet. The proceedings involve acquiring land for sucli purpose and grading the street at length and was designated “Special Street Acquisition and Improvement No. 1019.”
