MARVEL, Chancellor:
Defendants Summa Corporation 1 and William R. Lummis, the latter being the ancillary administrator of the estate of Howard R. Hughes and as such the holder in a fiduciary capacity of all of the issued and outstanding shares of the defendant corporation, have filed a motion for leave to withdraw their present amended answers 2 which in effect admit the well pleaded allegations of the complaint.
