In an action to recover damages for legal malpractice, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Graci, J.), dated October 24, 1990, which denied her motion to compel the defendants to appear for a deposition and granted the defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
