DORSEY, District Judge.
Defendant, New Hampshire Insurance Co. (“New Hampshire”), moves for reconsideration of this court’s April 20, 1989, ruling on cross-motions for summary judgment. In that ruling, disputed issues of fact were found to exist as to whether the fire insurance policy in question could be reformed. Defendant asserts that whether or not the insurance policy is reformed, plaintiffs, Raymond Esposito and McCau-ley Enterprises, Inc.
