ROBINSON, Senior Judge:
This action is brought pursuant to the Contract Disputes Act (“CDA”), 41 U.S.C. § 601, et seq. (1988). Plaintiff seeks conversion of the government’s termination for default to a termination for convenience of a government contract and an equitable adjustment of the contract price as well as damages due to governmental delay and interference with plaintiffs performance.
