BINGHAM, Circuit Judge.

On March 11, 1926, Rafael del Valle Zeno filed- a petition in this court, praying that a rule issue directed to the Supreme Court of Porto Rico to show cause why a writ of mandamus should not issue, commanding it to reinstate the petitioner’s appeal from the District Court of San Juan in a summary action of unlawful detainer, take jurisdiction of said action, and proceed to judgment on the merits, or, in the alternative, require said court to show cause why a writ of certiorari should not issue from this court directing said Supreme Court to return here all the…
