MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
HENRY J. BOROFF, Bankruptcy Judge.
The Defendants, the Town of Berlin (the “Town”) and various of its representatives and agents (collectively the “Individual Defendants”), request this Court to grant summary judgment with respect to each claim raised by Spookyworld, Inc. (the “Debtor”, or “Plaintiff’) in the above titled Adversary Proceeding.
