Seneca Insurance Company challenges a judgment which requires it to return a $750 bail bond premium. It pitches the case as an opportunity to interpret as a matter of first impression what the Legislature intended by the phrase “reasonable cause” under Section 1704.207(c) of the Texas Occupations Code.
