COLE, Circuit Judge.

Defendant-Appellant Howard Paul Guthrie appeals the sentence imposed by the district court following his plea of guilty to a one-count superseding information charging him with concealment of assets in a bankruptcy proceeding in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 152(1).
