Spaghetti Ltd. Partnership v. Wolfe

Appellant, Spaghetti Limited Partnership (Spaghetti), brought this garnishment action in aid of execution of a judgment pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 25-1056 (Cum. Supp. 2000).
