This case evidences the importance of careful contract drafting. In this breach of contract case, the appellee’s liability depends primarily on whether one sentence in the contract is clear and unambiguous. Specifically, appellant, Ophthalmic Surgeons, Ltd. (“OSL”), alleges that Paychex, Inc.
