D. L. Jordan sued Woodmen of the World, Unit Number 3 (“Unit 3”) and Woodmen of the World Life Insurance Society (“Society”), seeking an injunction for a continuing nuisance and damages. After the jury returned a plaintiff’s verdict of $25,000 and the court issued *518a permanent injunction, the Society and Unit 3 commenced this appeal, enumerating four errors.
