The determination of the right to priority of the demands of the labor claimants in this case depends in the first instance upon a construction of the Ohio statute (section 3206a). This act was passed April 18, 1888, and is entitled “An act supplementary to section 3206 of the Revised Statutes of Ohio, providing a lien for laborers, miners, mechanics and others, for their labor.” 80 Ohio Laws, 80, p. 188.
