Plaintiff Andrea Mitchell Wilkinson ("plaintiff" or "Wilkinson") filed this civil rights action seeking compensatory and punitive damages for injuries she sustained on November 25, 2012, when several police officers forcibly arrested her and later prosecuted her for three charges stemming from the incident.
