This case presents error from the district court of Pontotoc county and was an action of mandamus in that court brought by the state of Oklahoma on the relation of the county attorney of that county against the county clerk thereof, for the purpose of securing an order requiring him to sign, seal, and deliver certain warrants for claims which had been allowed by the boafd of county commissioners to the extent of 100 per cent, of the levies made for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1911, and for such other sums as may have been or may be added to any of the county funds against which warrants…
