This is an action to quiet title. Judgment was entered in favor of the plaintiff and defendants appealed. Respondent is the owner of Block 16, Pleasants Addition, and Block 13, Homestead Addition, to the City of Nampa. Both tracts are located within the boundaries of the Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District. A part of these two tracts is situated in Sewer District No. 22 and the balance in Sewer District No. 26, in the City of Nampa.
