Plaintiff-Appellant Acme Roll Forming Company (“Acme”) appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment to Defendant-Appellee Home Insurance Company (“Home Insurance”) and the court’s denial of Acme’s own motion for summary judgment. Acme manufactures tubular steel and Home Insurance insures Acme’s manufacturing facilities.
