NEALON, District Judge.

On October 8, 2009, Plaintiff, Mark Andrews, filed a complaint claiming violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1692, et seq. (“FDCPA”). (Doc. 1). The Complaint alleged that an employee of Defendant, a corporation engaged in the business of collecting debts, placed a call to Plaintiff and left a message in an attempt to collect on an account.
