Appeal by *476the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Cotter, J.), rendered October 6, 2000, convicting him of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, menacing in the second degree, and resisting arrest, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
