Appellant, Jesse Thomas Sutherland, appeals his conviction for felony driving while intoxicated 1 and the resulting imposition of a negotiated five-year term of community supervision. Following the trial court’s denial of a motion to suppress evidence of his intoxication, appellant pleaded guilty to the charges but reserved his right to appeal the trial court’s ruling on his motion to suppress evidence.
