MEMORANDUM DECISION REGARDING MOTION FOR RELIEF FROM THE AUTOMATIC STAY

Before the court is a motion for relief from the automatic stay. Scripps GSB I, LLC (“Scripps GSB”), wants to complete a non-judicial foreclosure of its first priority trust deed against a commercial building known as the Guarantee Savings Building and an adjacent parking structure (hereinafter, the “Guarantee Buildings” or the “Properties”).
