NEWMAN, Associate Judge:
Kuder, in his capacity as Administrator of the Estate of Viola M. Blackmon, contends the trial court committed error both by denying his motion for summary judgment against United National Bank (the bank) and in granting the bank’s motion for summary judgment against him. We affirm the denial of Kuder’s motion for summary judgment and reverse the order granting the bank’s motion.
