SCHOONMAKER, District Judge.

This is an action in equity, by which the plaintiff, a corporation, is seeking to *503recover from defendants certain patents, applications, and inventions which the plaintiff contends are in equity the property of the plaintiff-corporation. The case was heard on bill, answer, and proofs. We have filed herewith our findings of fact and conclusions of law indicating that the plaintiff is entitled to the relief prayed for. A brief résumé of the facts in the case may be stated as follows:
