' These consolidated cases involve a multicount indictment charging six defendants with racketeering in violation of Title 18, § 1962(c) and conspiracy to engage in racketeering in violation of Title 18, § 1962(d) and wire fraud in violation of Title 18, '§§ 1341, 1343 and Title 18, §§ 2 and 2314.
