¶ 1 This is an appeal from the Order entered in the Court of Common Pleas of York County following C.CJ.’s adjudication of delinquency on the charges of conspiracy to possess marijuana with intent to deliver marijuana and possession with intent to deliver marijuana. On appeal, C.C.J. challenges the sufficiency of the evidence and the trial court’s denial of his motion to suppress. We affirm.
