Cross appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court granting plaintiff a divorce and ordering equitable distribution of the parties’ marital property, entered October 15, 1985 in Tioga County, upon a decision of the court at Trial Term (Smyk, J.), without a jury.
The parties had been married for more than 30 years when plaintiff commenced this action seeking divorce on the grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment and adultery.
