The action is to annul a marriage contracted in the state of Pennsylvania, on the ground that the plaintiff was not twenty-one years of age at the time of the marriage.
The parties lived in the city of Cortland, N. Y. They had been acquainted for about one year. The plaintiff was a chauffeur, residing with his parents, owning an automobile, and apparently engaged in independent employment.
