MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

MORAN, Chief Judge.

Plaintiff Lia Brujís brings this action against United States Credit Bureau, Inc. (USCB), a California corporation, and two of its officers, Mel Shaw and Thomas Isgrigg (the individual defendants). Plaintiff alleges that the defendants misled her and other consumers in violation of the ■ federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1692-1692o. Before us is the motion of the individual defendants to dismiss the complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction. For the reasons set forth below, the motion is denied.
