This is an appeal from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Allen County granting summary judgment in favor of the defendants-appellees, Rex Johnson, Don Ritchey, Motorists Mutual Insurance, and Ken McGuire.

On October 30, 1987, plaintiff-appellant, Jeffrey L. Lyons, filed a complaint against Farmers Insurance Group of Companies, Farmers’ employees Rex Johnson and Douglas Stimmel, Motorists Mutual Insurance, and Motorists’ employee Don Ritchey.
