— In a supplementary proceeding to enforce a money judgment, Jesse Sanchez, as limited by his brief, and Louis Bobrowsky cross-appeal from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Leggett, J.), entered March 28,1983, as upon reargument, adhered to a prior determination granting Bobrowsky’s motion to hold Sanchez in contempt for failure to obey a subpoena duces tecum dated June 3, 1982, and granted that branch of Sanchez’ motion which sought to quash a second subpoena duces tecum dated July 15,1982.
